A positive workplace culture
We work hard to ensure that the workplace culture for all our nurseries is supportive and inspiring. We want all our team to feel they are valued for their personal contribution, enabling them to drive their personal and professional growth. Our team members have access to a range of training, empowering everyone to equip themselves with the right knowledge and skills to grow. We work to build an inclusive environment in which everyone, regardless of gender, race, religion, age or background, can succeed in their passion for working with young children.
We are also pleased to confirm that we are an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means that we are committed to paying above and beyond minimum wage but a wage that you can live off.

As a family-owned nursery we truly appreciate our staff. Every day that they work, every time they support a child and make a difference to a family they make a difference to the community and help our nurseries succeed. So we work hard to thank them. We go out on nature days, facilitated by specialists who help the team relax and focus on their well-being.

We have some great nights out, including a Christmas meal and event all fully paid for, and, once a year we take the team away for the weekend, closing the nurseries on a Friday and whisking them off to Centre Parcs, for time in the spa, forest and a few fancy restaurants! There’s some Kayaking on the lake, pool, and plenty of coffee, doughnuts and fun too.
